Hello LJ I have missed you!!! *hugs lj*


I haven't had a chance to post because I started this new job and it's kinda kicking my butt. It's only been two weeks and I already hate it. I know jobs are difficult especially when your forst starting out but this is jsut extra. All the bossese have been super nice. It's all very suspect to be honest; now I know why they were being so nice. I find out that the guy who was working at my desk before me never did any paper work so I have no idea where anything is. To make matters worse some of the bosses caome asking em about stuff and I have no idea about where to look for it. The messed up thing is the bosses knew that and they never fired him even though paperwork is a big part of the job. Hmmmm...so basically they knew I was walking into this huge mess and said nothing. I got no fair warning about just how royaly fucked I am.

SO I'm already looking for another job. Wish me luck.

Oh :( Maybe there's a way you could negotiate with your bosses some kind of deal that makes catching up on all the paperwork backlog worth your while/doable?

Joanna!! How are you? I've got to make my way over to the Heroes boards to see what is going on.


I'm hoping so. I just felt a bit angry about it because these people literally smiled in my face and they were all "Ohh you're getting your own desk, it's your second week so we wont overlaod you, blah blah blah." The once I get to my desk it's one of my coworkers who tells me that the person who sat there before me and was one of the boss' assistant never did any paperwork. Then my coworker also tells me that they do this kind of underhanded stuff all the time.

I'm fine, thanks :) Just busy with work :) Yes, you should definitely stop by the Heroes board; I'm not sure how well we're going to do with no new eps to discuss until Sept. *lol*

In the office I used to work in, I saw the bosses make all kinds of promises to new employees, promises that were never kept. So, I've learned, unfortunately, that everything has to be in writing for me to believe it when it comes to promises in the workplace.
